Does the Access Rigg Shop have a security certificate?

No, however, your data and the transmission of your data is secure. The Access Rigg web site uses a secure hosted shopping cart solution called Ecwid that integrates with the site. On the checkout of the shopping cart where you enter your personal information, a padlock is displayed on the bottom right-hand corner. This show that your data is protected with 128 bit SSL encryption.  In effect, your data is safe.

All credit card data transmission, processing and storage of credit card data is handled by Paypal, Google Checkout, Authorize.NET or 2Checkout. These providers handle all security and are PCI DSS compliant. A full list of compliant PCI DSS members is available.

Is my information stored securely?

Yes, your information is stored securely on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), via the Ecwid hosted shopping cart solution, which is backed up by the largest online retailer in the world - Amazon.

How are payments handled?

Access Rigg uses Paypal as its payment processor. The web site does not transmit, process or store your credit card details at all, that is all handled through Paypal.  The site does, however, collect your name, contact details and order so that we can deliver the product to you.

Why am I redirected to Paypal to complete my purchase?

You are redirected to Paypal, a PCI DSS compliant provider, to complete your purchase so that no credit card data is transmitted, processed or stored on the Access Rigg web site.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to purchase products?

No, you don't need to have a Paypal account. Upon checkout, you will be transferred to Paypal where you'll be asked to fulfil the order by entering your name, contact details and method of payment.

Why do I need to log in to buy products?

You need to log in so that we can track where to send the order.

How are my orders processed?

After checkout and payment is confirmed, an email is sent to Access Rigg staff containing your contact and shipping details. Access Rigg staff then action the order using this information.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

For domestic Australian deliveries, please allow up to 2 weeks for your product to arrive.  For international deliveries, please allow up to 4 weeks for your product to arrive.

Why is the shipping charge higher than the amount noted on the posted package?

The shipping charge includes a package and handling fee of a minimum of AUD2.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Can I buy Access Rigg products anywhere else?

Unfortunately, you cannot buy Access Rigg products anywhere else at this time. Access Rigg staff attend sales events from time to time for product promotion. However, Access Rigg is mainly an online retailer.

Does Access Rigg offer discounts and coupons?

From time to time, Access Rigg will offer other discounts on certain products and coupons. These will normally be notified though the Access Rigg newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter, please navigate to the Home page.
